This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled for purchases made through Gagadress.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. These may include PayPal and eligible debit or credit cards.
The availability of each payment method may depend on your country, currency, device, and order value.
PayPal is offered on terms no less favorable than the other payment methods shown at checkout. Gagadress does not impose a surcharge solely because a customer chooses PayPal.
We will never ask you to pay for an order using PayPal’s “Friends and Family” option.
2. Currency and Total Price
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown on the website.
Before you submit an order, checkout will show:
- Product subtotal;
- Discounts, if applicable;
- Shipping charges;
- Taxes or duties collected by us, if applicable; and
- The final order total.
Your bank or payment provider may charge a currency-conversion or international transaction fee. Such fees are determined by the provider and are not controlled by Gagadress.
3. Authorization and Payment Timing
By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the total displayed at checkout.
Payment is normally authorized or collected when the order is submitted. An order is not accepted until we issue an order confirmation.
A payment may be declined, delayed, or reviewed by PayPal, a card issuer, or our fraud-prevention systems. If payment cannot be authorized or verified, the order may be canceled.
4. Payment Security
PayPal payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal’s own terms and privacy notice.
Where another payment provider is used, that provider processes payment details under its applicable terms. We receive only the transaction and order information needed to confirm, fulfill, support, and refund the purchase.
5. Billing and Shipping Information
Customers must provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.
We may contact you or request reasonable verification if:
- Billing and shipping information does not match;
- An order appears unusual;
- The payment provider requests additional verification; or
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized use.
For PayPal orders, make sure the shipping address submitted during checkout is correct. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed.
6. Payment Confirmation and Statement Name
After a successful order, we will send a confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.

7. Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
We can cancel an order only if fulfillment has not started. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, our Return & Refund Policy applies.
8. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will not normally send a refund to a different account or payment method.
We process approved refunds within 5 business days. PayPal, your bank, or your card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
