Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to physical products purchased directly from https://www.jhshanyang.com/.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery.

To start a return, contact [[email protected]] with your order number and reason for the request. Do not send a product back until we provide return authorization, instructions, and the correct return address.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Consumers in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom may have a statutory right to cancel eligible distance purchases within 14 days after delivery, subject to legal exceptions.

2. Return Eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, the product must be:

Unused and unassembled;
In resalable condition;
Returned with all parts, accessories, and instructions;
Returned in its original packaging; and
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Where permitted by law, a refund may be reduced if handling beyond what was reasonably necessary has diminished the product’s value.

The following products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless defective or required by law:

Gift cards;
Products clearly marked “final sale” before purchase;
Personalized or custom-made products; and
Opened products that cannot be resold for legitimate hygiene or safety reasons.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number;
A description of the problem;
Clear photographs of the product;
Photographs of the packaging; and
A photograph of the shipping label.

If we confirm the issue, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, prepaid return, full refund, or partial refund.

Gagadress will cover reasonable return shipping for a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

Do not discard the product or packaging until we provide instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, including ordering the wrong size or product, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise.

For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Gagadress will pay reasonable return shipping and provide instructions.

We do not charge a restocking fee for returns that satisfy this policy.

Original shipping charges are refunded only where:

Required by applicable law;
The entire order is returned under an applicable statutory cancellation right; or
The return resulted from a confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed order.

Use a trackable return service and keep the receipt. We are not responsible for a customer-arranged return that is lost before reaching the authorized return location.

5. Return Address

Products must be returned only to the address provided in our return authorization.

6. Refund Processing

After an authorized return is delivered, we will inspect it and notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

For PayPal purchases, refunds will be processed through the original PayPal transaction whenever practicable.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges unless customer service confirms otherwise.

To obtain another product, return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.

8. Cancellations and Address Changes

We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee a cancellation or address change once fulfillment has started. After shipment, the Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy apply.

9. Refused or Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned because the customer supplied an incomplete or incorrect address, we may deduct actual, non-recoverable shipping or carrier charges from the refund where permitted by law.

We will explain any deduction. No such deduction applies when the return results from our error.
